Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA against claims of infringement. To file an infringement claim, specific information must be provided:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
Location of the infringing material and supporting details for removal;
Contact information of the complaining party;
A statement confirming unauthorized use of the material;
Confirmation of the accuracy of the provided information under penalty of perjury.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes penalties for misrepresentation in infringement notifications.

It is important to note that we may disclose the identity of both the complaining party and the alleged infringer in copyright claims.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to restore the material. The notification should include:

Your signature;
Description of the removed material and its original location;
Statement affirming good faith belief of mistaken removal;
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We enforce a strict policy against copyright infringement and identify repeat offenders following DMCA guidelines. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
